Drew’s Story
Drew was diagnosed with a brain tumor and surgery was imminent. Though this took away his future of playing quarterback, it never hindered his faith in God’s love or plan for his life. Drew’s tumor, also known as Medulloblastoma impacts much of his daily life, making it hard to do normal activities. However, his unwavering faith has blessed him with a new purpose for his life and an understanding that he is in God’s loving hands.
Drew’s W15H Experience
This weekend, Drew’s wish to meet Tim is coming true. His experience will be the seventh official W15H of 2015. Drew and his family arrived in Auburn, AL, yesterday and are staying at the beautiful Auburn Marriott Opelika Hotel and Conference Center at Grand National. The red carpet was rolled out for Drew, as he was given a personalized Auburn jersey, a warm welcome and lots of gifts. Last night, Drew shared a special dinner with Tim as they spent some one-on-one time together.
This morning, Drew arrived at SEC Nation for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the set, while also spending some more time with Tim in the setting that they both love.
