24 Survivors of Human Trafficking and Exploitation Found Safety at the TTF Protection Center
THAILAND, May 2025—We’re grateful to share that the new TTF Protection Center campus in Thailand is open! Since June 2024, the Center has welcomed 24 survivors of trafficking and abuse. This campus was made possible through the generosity of our giving family from Tim’s 35th Birthday Campaign.
These brave girls have been rescued from trafficking, but are still at risk of retaliation from their perpetrators as they pursue justice in active court cases. The reality is that even after survivors have been rescued from trafficking and abuse, traffickers will sometimes continue to pursue their victims, using mental manipulation or direct threats in attempts to control them. Sometimes, survivors even face death threats as their perpetrators try to silence them for seeking legal action.
It is our hope and prayer that every single one of these brave survivors achieves sustainable freedom, true healing from the Lord, and real hope for the future.
"I’ve found a sense of hope and belonging here that I never thought possible. I can’t express how much this means to me,” one courageous survivor who found refuge at the TTF Protection Center said.
