Florida Boy’s Dream Comes True Through W15H
Hello December 6th, 2011Share This Story
When 9-year-old Sebring, Florida resident Zachary Taylor was given the opportunity by The Children’s Dream Fund, an independent wish-granting organization on Florida’s West Coast, to choose a dream there was no hesitation, he wanted “to meet Tim Tebow at a Broncos game in Denver when it’s cold!”
Through the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Wish 15 (W15H) program, in partnership with Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, Taylor’s dream will come true at this Sunday’s Denver Broncos game, when for the first time he will meet his hero and inspiration, Tim Tebow.
Since being diagnosed with neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder of the nervous system, Taylor has dreamt of the moment he could stand next to Tebow. The thoughts of treatment-filled days at All Children’s Hospital will soon be replaced with unforgettable memories at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
Taylor’s W15H experience will include four fun-filled days of exclusive activities and gifts, beginning on Friday following his arrival to Denver with dinner and arcade games courtesy of Dave & Busters. On Saturday, he will enjoy a wonderful dinner provided by Denver’s Hard Rock Café. The highlight of the trip will be on Sunday when Taylor will stand side by side with Tebow during the pregame warm-ups and then enjoy the remainder of the game in terrific seats set up by the Denver Broncos. During his time in Denver, Taylor will enjoy picturesque views of the city and Sports Authority Field at Mile High from the window of his room at the Hyatt. He will not leave Denver empty handed, as W15H will provide him with a gift package that includes: exclusive W15H travel luggage; Tebow’s book, Through My Eyes, and a #15 jersey; Nike duffle bag; Jockey gift card and so much more.
